Rates are South African Rand, per unit, per night inclusive of full continental and English breakfast and VAT.
Triple occupancy adults is possible in the Rhodes Suite. The 3rd adult will be charged with a 50% reduction. It is also possible to accommodate 2 children (2 small beds) from 5 to 18 years old (ZAR 850,00 each)

Minimum stay = 2 nights in Rhodes Suite, Mountain Suite, Garden Suite and Cottage Rooms.

Twin beds are available in Garden Room and Cottage Room.

    • We accept only from 18 years as adult

    BOOKING CONDITIONS

    1. Your VISA or MASTER credit card details (credit card holder; credit card number; expiry date; last three digits on the back of the credit card) will secure your booking.
    2. Within 7 days, a 50% deposit (in Rand) is required on our bank account (Name : Villa Montebello Guesthouse / Bank : NEDBANK / Branch code: 10110900 / account: 1120356172) and will confirm the reservation
    3. The total amount of the stay is payable when the booking is made 7 days prior arrival
    4. In case of payments made with credit cards (VISA & MASTER only), Bank Cards are charged 6,0 % extra

    CANCELLATION POLICY

    If for any reason, you need to cancel your booking, the appropriate policy will be applied for fees due:

    • Cancellation within 30 days of the start of the booking: 100 % of full cost of stay
    • Cancellation between 31 and 45 before the start of the stay: 75% of full cost of stay
    • Cancellation between 46 and 60 before the start of the stay: 50% of full cost of stay
    • All cancellations will be charged a minimum of 20% of the full stay, for credit cards costs, time spent doing the booking, etc

    Cancellation fees will be debited from your credit card.

    ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES

    • Check in time is from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
    • Check out by 10:00 a.m.
