BOOKING

Your credit card details will confirm your booking. Credit card details to include: name of credit card type; credit card holder; credit card number; expiry date; last three digits on the back of the credit card.
Cancellation policy: If for any reason, you need to cancel your booking, the appropriate policy will be applied for fees due:

Cancellation within14 days of the start of the booking: 100 % of full cost of stay
Cancellation between D15 and D21 before the start of the stay: 75% of full cost of stay
Cancellation between D22 and D28 before the start of the stay: 50% of full cost of stay

Cancellation fees will be debited from your credit card.

TRIPLE OCCUPANCY/ CHILDREN POLICY

1. Triple occupancy is possible in the Rhodes Suite and in the Mountain Room. The 3rd adult will be charged with a 50% reduction (eg 3rd adult will be charged R350 in the Mountain Room and R425 in the Rhodes Suite during high season).

2. Family friendly.

Baby cot is available for all rooms except Cottage Room
Children under the age of 2 are accommodated for free
Children over the age of 2 and under the age of 12 will be charged R250 per night
Children over 12 will be considered as adults

ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES

Check in time is after 2:00 p.m. and check out by 11:00 a.m. Early arrivals and late departures can be arranged on request and whenever possible.
